Welcome to Arete Prep College Counseling!

Arete Preparatory Academy is committed to an individualized approach to college and career counseling that focuses on finding the right fit for each student. The emphasis of our program is on helping students discover who they are as learners and emerging adults while helping students and families to craft various paths in which to explore higher education post high school.

Every Arete Prep student has individual counseling sessions with the college counselor beginning second semester of his/her junior year.  Parents and students are encouraged to meet with the college counselor throughout the college admission process. Admissions 101 classes are conducted for all juniors throughout the year as well as application and essay writing workshops in senior year.

This page is designed as a resource for students, parents and colleges. Below you will find helpful pages and links. Please contact your assigned college counselor if you have any questions.
